Conveyancing Solicitor (With Wills & Probate experience)

Salary: Dependent on experience

Full Time: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a talented Residential/Commercial Conveyancing Lawyer with additional Wills & Probate experience on a permanent basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skillful solicitor to join our practice located in Wanstead, East London. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of residential/commercial property matters and supporting wills & probate matters, whilst providing a first-class service to the firm’s clients at all times.

Responsibilities

• Sales and purchases
• New builds
• Re-mortgages
• Registered and unregistered properties
• Help to buy
• Shared ownership
• Leases
• Liaising with clients and external professionals
• Wills & Probate.

The Candidate

• Newly qualified solicitors, legal executives, and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing is essential.
• Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines and department billing targets.
• Has a desire for professional development.

The firm is now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to be based in our Wanstead office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

£30,000.00 – £40,000.00 per year
