Vikesh Bharakhda

Founder / Managing Partner

Vikesh Bharakhda is the founder and managing partner at Crown Law Solicitors. Having studied at Nottingham Law School, he was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2007 after completing the vocational training required to become a barrister and being called to the Bar in 2005. Vikesh leads our Commercial Property, Commercial Landlord and Tenant and Private Client departments and has extensive experience in these fields. His years of expertise has allowed him experience across a wide range of private and commercial law matters, providing advice on a wide range of issues including commercial property investments, property developments (purchases and sales) and advising in relation to development finance, dealing high profile and high net worth individuals.

Other areas of expertise include Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters (Dilapidations, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Nuisance and other property related disputes, Possession and forfeiture of residential and commercial leases)

Kavita Goyal

Partner

Having completed her legal training at a London Law firm, Kavita Goyal qualified as solicitor in 2016. Kavita obtained her law degree from the University of Westminster and primarily specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing.

Kavita works in our conveyancing department, acting for clients on both commercial and residential property law matters. She has expertise in many complex areas of property law matters and always strives to deliver comprehensive high-quality legal guidance to her clients.

Outside of the office, Kavita loves travel and reading.

Sidra Rehman

Consultant Solicitor

Sidra Rehman is a Consultant Solicitor in our Property Law department acting for both individual and corporate clients in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions and has acted for individuals, local businesses and corporate clients, including managing a portfolio of residential properties for a local authority. Sidra has been a qualified solicitor since 2016, having studied Law at University of East London (LL.B).

Her residential transaction expertise includes but not limited to sale, purchases, stair-casing, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, right to buy schemes etc. with the assistance of mortgages, involving Islamic finance and help to buy equity loans.

Tamara Peterson

Solicitor

Tamara Peterson is a Solicitor in our Wills and Probate department and joins us following experience gained at another firm.

She has completed her LLB in Law and her LPC LLM in Legal Professional Course. Tamara has developed expertise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters and proves to be a diligent and conscientious member of the Private Client team, with a particular passion for working with vulnerable clients.

Delores Kenlock

Staff

Delores Kenlock has worked as a Legal Cashier for over 19 years working within all aspects of the Accounts/Finance Department from recording day to day financial transactions to ensuring compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.  She has experience of working as a lone Cashier to working in a team, to becoming a Team Leader and managing other cashiers.

In her spare time Delores likes baking, sewing and watching movies.

Dyska Prayag

Trainee Solicitor

Dyska Prayag is a Paralegal in our Conveyancing Department and joins us following previous experience gained at two London law firms. Dyska has particular expertise in property law, but has also gained experience within Family Law and Personal Injury.

She has completed her LLB law degree at London Metropolitan University and additionally completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
