Daniel Cheung is a Private Client Solicitor based in Morden with over 15 years’ experience. He has worked for UK and international firms and was previously a partner in a central London law firm. Daniel holds qualifications in both England & Wales and Scotland.

He specialises in complex cross-border estates, tax planning, wills, and trusts, and is known for his thorough and client-driven approach. His notable cases include probate matters involving international jurisdictions and obtaining full deposit refunds for estates.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys calisthenics and travelling. He has been recognised as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and has published legal articles and cases.
